SUGGESTED SOLUTION WITH CRANE SCALE
The System can be divided into five main parts:
- Wireless junction box at the crane scale (Load cell)
- Digitiser FDWS 4500A with inbuilt WIFI.
- Label Printer.
- Display (Either wireless or wired)
- Application for SAP/ERP integration
- When the material is picked by the crane scale mounted with wireless transmitter, the weight is wirelessly transmitted to the FDWS 4500A.
- The Antenna at the FDWS 4500A receives the signal from the crane for further processing.
- A wired table top display can directly be connected to the FDWS 4500A for display the measured weight.
- Or a wireless display can also be used for displaying weight at a remote location with- in 100 meters.
- Operator will feed in the data through a keyboard. (Possibility of picking up the data directly or through Bar code reader can be provided)
- Integration of complete weighment data with SAP / ERP server by Software.
- Viewing Records:Tickets saved earlier can be viewed unique no. wise.
- Printing Labels: Tickets saved earlier can be printed unique no. wise.
- Reports: Different report of the entries saved can be generated. It can be printed as date wise, RST wise, subtitle wise.
- Pen Drive dumping:Different report of the entries saved can be generated. It can be dumped as date wise, RST wise, subtitle wise.The file is generated in .xls format and the file is ‘DDMMHHMM’.
